Customer Service

Customer Service is available for all services offered using toll free inbound lines, on-line services, and email for consumer convenience. Coresco's in-house call center provides live customer service and order taking from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST, Monday - Friday. Each Representative has immediate access to program information to include real-time inventory levels, shipping status, and any other relevant information to the particular program. Coresco's Customer Service Department is able to handle consumer order status inquiries, conduct surveys, receive orders, answer product information inquiries, provide dealer locator service, etc. Coresco will work with the client to develop scripts to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize conversation length. This allows our clients to better forecast and control their costs.

Our customer service policies include the following:

  • Every call is a priority.
  • Our responsibility is clear: to provide superior service and to completely satisfy all customers
  • All calls and inquiries not able to be immediately handled will be returned within 1 business day, even if the answer is not yet available.
  • All on-line inquiries are responded to by the end of the next business day.
  • Correspondence is answered with sufficient speed to assure that a reply is received within 5 - 10 days.
  • We will maximize customer satisfaction and minimize conversation length.
  • We will attempt to render our customers as personal a service as possible by using proven techniques for customer satisfaction.
