Quality Control

Coresco’s goal is to appear seamless to the consumer and to represent the client in the best way possible. Part of doing that is to make sure that everything we do, we do well. Coresco has many quality control procedures in place, below are a few of the ways we assure the best service.

Rebates/Fulfillment

  • Coresco verifies with each entry that the appropriate item(s) was purchased on the appropriate date and that the form has been filled out correctly
  • Addresses are verified against postal databases at the time of entry, catching non-standard address abbreviations, missing address data, or miss-read handwriting.
  • Entries are cross checked against previous entries to eliminate duplicate entries on offers where a limited number of submissions are honored.
  • Check amounts are verified with the bank to reduce fraud and clarify redemption for later escheats reporting.

Distribution/Order fulfillment

  • When an order is ‘picked’ (the item is retrieved from storage for shipment) by a trained staff member, the complete order is then handed to another trained staff member who then verifies the order contents and packs them for shipment. Every order is viewed and verified by at least two people.
  • A certain percentage of orders are then re-opened for verification by a trained quality control employee.
  • Shipments that require special handling (overnight, or rush shipments) are each checked by a trained quality control employee.

These and many other quality control procedures are in place to make sure that the client is best represented.
