Promotional Activity Report (PAR)
Coresco's standard Promotional Activity Report is a weekly report for consumer fulfillment programs that lists all account activity for that period. Shown on this report are current and cumulative account activity, order quantities, customized breakouts, and ratios to includes: filled, unqualified, and duplicates, if applicable.
End of Program Analysis Report
Coresco can take raw consumer data generated by your promotion and produce customized reports providing your company with powerful marketing information.
Inventory Management Report
Coresco can provide your company with detailed Inventory Management Reports showing item cost, order quantities, packaged quantities, stock levels, usage levels, inbound stock (items on order), received inventory and back order items. Coresco has installed a custom-designed automated Inventory Management System, which is linked directly to order entry. This system allows us to proved real-time inventory counts.
Low Stock Report
The Low Stock Report is automatically generated on a daily basis as item stock levels reach their minimum stock reorder level. This report is generated for each individual item and is a part of Coresco's advanced warning system for stock level depletion.
Low Quantity Inventory Report
The Low Quantity Inventory Report is generated weekly and provides a complete listing of all items that have obtained or have fallen below minimum stock level requirements. This report can also be enhanced to highlight critical stock items.
Monthly Usage Report
The Monthly Usage Report provides data on the actual and average monthly usage amounts for all items. This report provides highly useful information for program forecasting as annual data is accumulated and compared.
